Bloom was created from years of hands-on experience and meaningful collaboration with the families I’ve had the privilege of working with. Over the past six years, my clients have helped shape a care model that truly meets people where they are—both figuratively and literally.
Through this journey, I recognized the powerful impact of providing therapy within a client’s natural environment. In-home care allows for greater comfort, improved carryover into daily routines, and a more personalized, functional approach to growth and development. It removes barriers, adds convenience, and creates space for authentic progress in the settings that matter most.

About me
Hi, I’m Taylor.
I’m a pediatric occupational therapist with a Bachelors of Science from the University of Miami and a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Long Island University, Brooklyn.
I have spent the last six years of my career working alongside children and their families. I’ve always felt most connected to my kids when collaborating closely with the people that know them best, which is what inspired me to create Bloom. I’ve supported children with a variety of needs and developmental differences allowing me to provide individualized, thoughtful care for every child I work with. I support children in a way that fosters independence, and tailor each session to the child, you, and your combined goals as a family.
